Pistachio Ice cream Recipe

Ingredients: roasted and refined Pistachios.

Pure Sicilian Pistachio Paste to recreate the original taste of sicilian pistachio ice cream in your own kitchen. You only need 250 gr for your familiar needs, with this you can make at least 3 liters of ice cream. The paste can also be used for fillings and frostings.

Dosage: 80 to 100 grams per liter
